access to some of the UK’s major employers
With a comprehensive programme of unique live events, Spark gives students direct access to some of the UK’s major employers, all from an App in the palm of their hand.
The App includes unique opportunities, information and resources that will help 'spark' curiosity and aspiration and open up a world of opportunities they didn’t know existed.
Effective, relevant, personalised careers information can help young people better understand the relationship between education and employment, broaden their career aspirations, challenge stereotypical views, improve motivation and attainment and help develop a more informed understanding of what they need to do in order to achieve their goals. Spark helps do that.
Access for All Wherever They Are
Smartphones have become the technology of choice for Generation Z, the first generation to grow up with the internet and smartphone technology as a part of their childhood.
Apps are straightforward, quick and easier to access than a website. Young people are familiar with them and they are available wherever they are.
Because Spark is an app it means it is easy for the school to roll out to all students allowing them to personalise its information and resources and have safe, individualised contact with their careers adviser.
Finally, all students' activity can be captured and reported in an analytics dashboard.
