Spark+ helps alternative providers:
Develop and implement their personal learning plans including their career education needs.
Ensure that all students have equal access to information regarding careers, vocational training, and further education opportunities.
Provide tailored support and resources to help students explore career options, develop employability skills, and make informed decisions about their future.
Modify the curriculum as needed to accommodate students with SEND, so they can acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for future careers.
Ensure compliance related to the provision of education and support for students with SEND.
